IMPACT Apprenticeships offer a unique approach to the recruitment of apprentices. In particular we can support employers whose labour needs are uncertain and will not currently allow them to commit to employing an apprentice for the full period of the Apprenticeship, but understand that industry requires fully trained employees when the economy picks up.
The distinctive feature of IMPACT Apprenticeships is that we act as the legal employer of the apprentice/s and IMPACT Apprenticeships place them with a host employer. IMPACT Apprenticeships will assist enterprises to source quality apprentices with the flexibility of supplying apprentices in peak labour demands and assist with the outplacement or rotation of apprentices.
We support our host employers by working with them to source suitable training providers and manage the training of the apprentices throughout the programme.
