Success Rates

We are very proud of our success rates illustrated above and strive for continuous improvement.

IMPACT Apprenticeships is committed to ensuring a high quality service is delivered; we were one of the first ATAs in the UK to be approved by the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS) and the Confederation of Apprenticeship Agencies (COATA).

The approval and recognition process was launched in April 2012 to strengthen the ATA model and introduce a National Register of Approved ATAs.  The aim was to maintain a high quality of service and safeguard the quality of Apprenticeships delivered under the ATA model.

To ensure IMPACT Apprenticeships operates to the highest standards we have incorporated the quality standards of our parent company, MEGT Australia, into our business in addition to the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) Apprenticeship Training Agency operating framework.

In compliance with the SFA, IMPACT Apprenticeships will;

  • Comply with all employment legislation and law including that pertaining to privacy, freedom of information and trade practices
  • Adopt all Health & Safety Executive (HSE) standards pertaining to the employment of apprentices
  • Comply with the Skills Funding Agency (SFA) requirements
  • Comply with the Agency workers regulations

The standards IMPACT Apprenticeships have created and on which we are audited each year are;

  • Standard 1: Systems for ATA include management of hosting
  • Standard 2: Compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Standard 3: Effective financial management procedures
  • Standard 4: Effective administration and records management procedures
  • Standard 5: Effective corporate governance
  • Standard 6: Access and equity
  • Standard 7: The skills of ATA staff
  • Standard 8: Ethical practice
